Fancy a bit of local history, a friendly natter, and an excuse to escape the house without anyone asking you to fix something? Then pop along to Salisbury Library on Saturday 1st August and say hello to the Fisherton History Society team.
We’ll be there from 10.00am until 4.00pm with:
🎟️ Tickets for this year’s Salisbury History Festival events (because apparently “I’ll book it later” is how most of us end up missing things 🙄)
📰 The latest edition of the Fisherton Informer Magazine – packed with fascinating local stories, facts, and enough history to make you sound clever down the pub.
👋 And joining us will be Frogg, celebrating 10 years of his ‘Bygone Salisbury’ column. Ten years of digging up Salisbury’s past… thankfully not literally, as the library carpet would never recover!
So come along, have a chat, grab some tickets, and discover what’s been going on in Salisbury long before we were all complaining about parking, potholes, and how much everything costs!
